What do you do? 

We scoop up all the dog waste that has accumulated in your yard.   The waste is double bagged and removed from your property. 


How often does your company come out? 

We offer our customers service once or twice a  week.  Other frequency visits will be available in the near future.  if you would like more information please call us.

What happens when it rains or lightning?

We'll work in most weather, but storms(thunder, lightning, heavy snow, heavy rain, or any condition that puts our employees at risk to drive) may mean we will need to reschedule.  We will reschedule as soon as conditions allow - usually in one or two days.

What about holidays?

We do not work the following days: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day. When a holiday falls on a regular service day, we will post a work schedule in the Customer Newsletter attached to your invoice. Service returns to the regular day the following week.

Should I unlock my gate?

Yes. Since employees are not to climb or jump over fences, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key to the lock or tell us the combination if that will be convenient to you.

Can you work with my dog in the yard?

In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let our worker into the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine the dog. We don't want to take unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.

What if I want to skip a service day?

You will not be charged If you call the office no later then the day before your service day.  If your dog is not going to be home all week, let us know and we will reschedule service.  If for some any reason you want us to skip your yard for a day or more, we will withhold service and you will not be charged for those days.   When you resume service if there is an accumulation of more then a weeks waste you might be subject to an additional fee.  If your gate is locked or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not completed. 

What if we go on vacation?

If for any reason, your dog is not going to be home, just let us know so that we can reschedule. You'll not be charged for the time your dog didn't use your yard.

How do I pay you?

For a first-time or a one-time visit payment is due once we have completed clean-up that day. For those with regular service, we are a prepaid service.  You will be billed the 10th of the month for the next month.  Payment will be due by the 1st of the service month. IF payment is not received on time service may be interrupted.  Additional fees may apply when service in reinstated. There is also a $25.00 returned check fee.

Are there any contracts that I have to sign?

No contracts are required.  We can start and stop your service over the phone. There is no minimum service period, and there is no advance notice required to cancel service. We do require that you sign an agreement that gives us permission to be on your property to clean your yard. 

Is there an extra charge for the first time? 

There may be an extra charge for the first service if there is a lot of accumulation of waste, excessive debris, or tall grass.

Is it possible to get a one-time-only service? 

Yes.  One-time-only, or temporary service is available.

Do you work through the winter?

Yes we do.  Your pets keep making their messes all year long and we continue to clean up and remove it through the winter.  Snow or ice storms may delay us but they won't stop us.

We promise that you will get service you are happy with or you don't have to pay for it. We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it's the quality of our service on which we stake our success. We're working very hard to make our name mean reliable, high-quality service. We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know right away. We will make it right, either by coming back to re-clean the yard the same day or the next day, or by crediting your account so you won't be charged
